Lasting weight loss with two small magnets, not a big operation.
Finally, weight loss that doesn't depend on willpower. Tired of the weight coming back? Scared of a big operation? There's a gentler way.MagDI™ is done once, while you're asleep. It helps you feel satisfied with less food, so the weight comes off and stays off. Nothing is cut away, and you're home the next day.
That's the whole device. Small enough to swallow with a glass of water.

How MagDI™ Works
-
While you're asleep
You swallow the first magnet with water that morning. Dr Loy places the second. They hold two sections of your gut gently together.
-
Over two to three weeks
Your body forms a short new path for food between them. The magnets then pass out naturally. You won't feel them.
-
From then on
Part of what you eat takes the shorter route. Your hunger falls, and smaller meals feel like enough.
Many people lose up to 70% of their extra weight in the first 12 months. Dr Loy will tell you what's realistic for you at your free assessment.
Why This Lasts When The Others Didn't
- Diets
- You lose weight, then your body fights back with more hunger, and it creeps back.
- Weight loss medication
- It can work well, but only for as long as you keep taking it.
- A big operation
- It lasts, but it's a longer recovery and part of you is removed.
- MagDI™
- Done once, with a quick recovery. It changes your body's own hunger signals, and nothing is removed.
Worried About An Operation? That's Normal.
We know how hard this has been. Maybe you've tried every diet going, maybe you're tired of feeling judged, maybe the thought of an operation scares you. You're not alone, and it's not your fault.
- “It's a big operation.”
- It isn't. Far less invasive than a big weight loss operation: nothing is cut away or stapled, you're asleep for about an hour, and you're home the next morning.
- “I'd be out of action for weeks.”
- Recovery is quick. Up and about the next day, back at a desk job in one to two weeks.
- “Something could go wrong.”
- Less can go wrong when nothing is cut. You're in an accredited private hospital with a full team around you, and we look after you afterwards. Any risks, Dr Loy explains honestly.
- “It's forever.”
- Nothing is removed. Your gut is kept whole, so the new path can be closed again if it's ever needed.
- “I have type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.”
- That's often why people come to us. Both are usually driven by the weight, and as it comes off they often ease.
- “I'll be judged.”
- Not here. You'll be listened to, not lectured.
Whatever is on your mind, ask it at your free assessment. That's what it's for.
